Integrations: Connect Your CRM, Shop and Calendar
Connect Zapier, n8n, Make and HubSpot to eight messaging channels. An event in your CRM or shop starts the message, every reply starts the next step.
SendSeven can be connected in three ways: through the no-code platforms Zapier, n8n and Make, through the REST API with webhooks, and through the MCP server for AI agents. The connectors provide SendSeven as a trigger (new inbound message, changed contact, created transcript) and as an action (send a message, maintain contacts, start a workflow), so systems such as Salesforce, Shopify, Calendly, Typeform or Google Drive are reachable without programming. A direct HubSpot connection is in beta testing. Processing happens on servers in the EU, and with n8n on your own infrastructure as well.
Integrations: Connect Your CRM, Shop and Calendar
An event in your CRM, shop or form starts a message on one of eight channels. And every customer reaction, right through to the closed conversation, starts the next step in your systems.
SendSeven in the centre, surrounded by the automation platforms Zapier, Make and n8n and the direct HubSpot connection, plus the system categories CRM, shop, calendar and storage.
You do not have to choose. Many teams start with a no-code platform and add their own endpoints later.
Zapier, Make and n8n connect SendSeven to thousands of apps by drag and drop. Pick a trigger, pick an action, done.
For marketing, sales and service teams without their own developers.
A complete REST API to the OpenAPI specification. Webhooks report events in real time, with buffered delivery attempts and exponential backoff.
For developer teams that send messages from their own application.
Your AI agent reads conversations, sends messages and maintains contacts. MCP is an open standard, so one access key is enough for any client that speaks it.
For AI-assisted workflows in your assistant or your editor.
Every connector ships triggers and actions for messages, contacts and conversations.
Connects SendSeven to thousands of apps, with nothing for you to install.
Triggers: new message, conversation closed, transcript created
An open node for n8n, self-hosting included. Ideal when data must not leave the building.
Full contact management including custom fields
Visual scenarios with branches and filters. The app is in review at Make and already usable by invitation.
The same triggers and actions as on Zapier
Not yet publicly listed in the Make directory.
The direct HubSpot connection is running. Before the full rollout we are testing it with a limited number of customers.

What starts a workflow, and what it can do
In all three no-code platforms you find SendSeven on both sides: as the trigger at the start of a workflow and as an action inside it.
Something happens in SendSeven, your system reacts.
A customer writes on one of your channels. Message, contact and channel are available in the workflow.
Fires on every change to a contact, including when duplicates are merged. That keeps your CRM on the same page.
Once a conversation is closed the finished transcript is ready as a PDF or ZIP, attachments included.
Something happens in your system, SendSeven reacts.
On every connected channel, with an attachment if you want, as a file or through a URL.
Full contact management including custom fields such as customer number, branch or contract status.
Your system starts a workflow in SendSeven, which then carries the conversation on by itself, approved WhatsApp templates included.
The complete list per platform is in the
Contacts in SendSeven do not strictly need a phone number, a WhatsApp username is enough.
Every closed conversation lands in your own storage automatically. You need a SendSeven account, access to Zapier, Make or n8n and about ten minutes.
Goal: every closed conversation leaves a transcript in Google Drive, Amazon S3 or your document system, without anyone having to remember it.
Open Settings, then Conversations and set the automatic transcript on close to PDF, ZIP or both.
Create an API token under Settings, then Integrations. The token belongs to your account and is not visible to colleagues.
Create a new scenario, search for SendSeven, add the token and pick Transcript created as the trigger.
Pick your storage as the action, for example Google Drive: upload file, and pass the file through from the trigger. The trigger supplies the file name with it.
Close a conversation as a test, let the workflow run once, then activate it.
the transcript download link is valid for 24 hours. Your workflow should therefore save the file straight away, not after a wait step. If the link has expired, the trigger fetches a fresh one through the address it supplies.
Trigger: a new entry in Typeform, Jotform or Google Forms.
Action: SendSeven, create or update contact. Map number and name from the form.
Action: SendSeven, start workflow. The workflow sends the approved WhatsApp template and carries the conversation on.
Trigger: SendSeven, new inbound message.
Platform filter: only pass on conversations carrying a specific tag.
Action: create a note or activity on the matching contact in your CRM.

FAQ
Do I need developers to connect SendSeven?
No. Through Zapier, Make or n8n you connect SendSeven by drag and drop, without a line of code. You only need developers once you want to address your own application directly through the REST API.
Where do I find the integrations in SendSeven?
In the full-suite plans under Settings, then Integrations. That is also where the instructions and your API token live. Accounts on the API Only plan find integrations directly in the main navigation.
What does it cost me on top?
On the SendSeven side there are no separate fees for the REST API, webhooks or the connectors. Costs only arise at the automation platform, if you need a paid plan there. With n8n even that goes away when you self-host.
Can I connect HubSpot today?
Yes, through Zapier, Make or n8n. Those platforms connect HubSpot and SendSeven today. The direct connection with one-step sign-in is running too, and is being tested with a limited number of customers before the full rollout.
Is Make usable yet?
The SendSeven app for Make is in review at Make and already usable through an invitation link. Once the review is finished you will find it in the Make directory as usual.
Which triggers and actions are there?
Triggers cover inbound messages, changes to contacts and the finished transcript after a conversation is closed. Actions let you send messages, attachments included, maintain contacts along with custom fields and start a workflow in SendSeven. The complete list per platform is in the documentation.
Where is my data processed?
SendSeven processes your data on servers in the EU. With n8n you can additionally self-host, so the automation never leaves your infrastructure.
