Our pricing: transparent & no hidden costs

Every plan has a fixed monthly price that already includes a message bundle (e.g. 2,500 on Basic, 40,000 on Enterprise). As long as you stay under that, you only pay the base fee. Only beyond that are you billed per message.

Beyond the bundle, you pay per message sent at your plan's message rate (Basic/Professional 2 Ct, Scale 1,5 Ct, Enterprise 1 Ct). One rate for service messages, campaigns, and SMS. AI answers are counted in AI Credits (Professional, Scale, and Enterprise only) and come out of the same included bundle — we always apply the bundle to the most expensive items first, so anything beyond it is billed at the lowest rate. Past the bundle, a credit costs a flat EUR 0.01, with no add-on subscription. Email newsletters are billed separately too.

Yes. Replies from your customers never cost anything, on any plan. Only outgoing messages and AI Credit usage are billed.

SMS is billed at your plan's message rate; the per-country delivery cost runs through your prepaid credit. Meta charges its own WhatsApp message fees and bills them directly. Both country tables are further up this page.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. Whether you have 1 or 100 team members, the price depends only on your message volume.

Yes. Every plan can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum contract term. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Basic is the starting point for inbox and campaigns. From Professional, the full platform unlocks: AI assistants & chatbots, Knowledge Base, Flow Builder, scheduled sending, auto-translation, and Custom Inboxes. What is not a difference: all 8 channels and WhatsApp Coexistence are included on every plan, from Basic up.

No per-user or per-seat fees, no setup fees, no minimum contract. The only costs on top are separate line items: Meta bills its WhatsApp message prices to you directly, and per-country SMS carrier delivery runs at cost through your prepaid credit. Email newsletters have their own low per-message rate.

SendSeven is built and hosted in the EU (Germany), and we are the GDPR data controller; your data sits on EU infrastructure. AI features run in the EU: prompts are not stored and are never used to train models, and AI is opt-in, off by default, with billing data never sent to it. Since 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for service messages, meaning your team’s free-form replies inside the 24-hour window. Utility templates sent inside the open window, free until then, cost the same rate. At the same time Meta introduced a free monthly tier: the first 1,000 service messages per business phone number per month stay free, and billing starts at the 1,001st. The allowance resets every month and unused messages do not roll over. Above it the rate matches each market’s utility rate, for example 0.0182 € per message in the United Kingdom and 0.0456 € in Germany. Without a payment method on file, Meta delivers the first 1,000 service messages of the month and stops delivering from the 1,001st. A business sending fewer than 1,000 service replies per number per month pays Meta nothing for them. Until 30 September 2026 those replies were unlimited and free. Two things did not change: incoming messages from your customers remain free, and SendSeven’s own pricing is unchanged. Meta bills its message prices to you directly. SendSeven’s own price is a fixed base fee with an included message allowance, plus a fixed price per message above it, not a percentage of Meta’s rate.
