right in WhatsApp
Appointment, request or feedback: your customers tap a button, fill out a short form and stay in the chat. The answers go straight to the right contact.
Try it right in WhatsAppExample: a hair salon sends Lena a WhatsApp message with the button “Pick a time”. In the form she chooses a service, a day and a preferred time and sends the request without leaving the chat. The answers are saved to her contact at the salon.
Why a flow beats asking in the chat
Without a flow you ask one question at a time. With a flow your customer fills out a form and sends everything at once.
Question, answer, follow-up: the details trickle in bit by bit.
One flow message out, one completed form back.
Example: a request with 6 questions
| Asking in the chat | WhatsApp Flow |
|---|---|
| Customer types every answer | Customer taps and picks |
| Question by question, lots of messages | All questions in one form |
| Answers in every possible spelling | Fixed options, consistent answers |
| A link to your website for longer forms | The form opens right in the chat |
| Details copied over by hand | Answers saved to the contact automatically |
| Photos and documents get lost in the thread | Photos and documents on the contact, in your CRM if you like |
| Consent as a loose chat message | The consent text is saved with it |
| Retype every request | Build once, send again and again |
| No overview of who has replied | Reports: sent, opened, completed |
WhatsApp Flows are Meta's interactive forms that open inside WhatsApp. SendSeven is the no-code builder for them: you design the form in a visual editor, start from one of 12 templates or, from Professional, let AI draft it. Answers are saved to the contact. WhatsApp Flows in SendSeven is currently in beta.
For (almost) every industry
Five examples to click through: what your customers or applicants fill out and what reaches you. The same idea works anywhere you collect details by phone, email or chat today.
Quote request with a photo, all in the chat
Murat picks “Bathroom & plumbing”, describes the problem and adds a photo. Your team knows what it's about before the call. The photo is saved to the contact and can be passed on to your CRM.
- Field “ZIP code”
- Tag “Bathroom inquiry”
- Photo in the contact profile
In a plumbing company's form, Murat picks “Bathroom & plumbing”, explains that a faucet is dripping and uploads a photo. He enters his ZIP code and whether he's easier to reach in the morning or the afternoon, then sends the request.

Get started with a template
The structure is already in place: you just adapt the questions and wording to your business. Tap a card to see the first screen.
Preview: the first screen of the selected template, as your customer sees it in WhatsApp.
Prefer a form all your own? Build it in the editor with a live preview, no code needed, or let the AI build it for you.
How the AI builder worksDescribe it instead of building it
Write in your own words what your form should ask. The AI turns it into screens, and you check the result in the editor before you send it.
Preview of the generated flow
Animation: in the dialog “Create a WhatsApp Flow with AI”, a driving school describes its sign-up in one sentence. After a click on “Create with AI”, the preview shows three finished screens: license type, progress and preferred start, name and phone number.

Try it nowFrequently asked questions about WhatsApp Flows
A WhatsApp Flow is a short form inside WhatsApp. Your customer taps a button in the message, the form opens over the chat, they fill it out in one or more steps and send it. All the answers reach you together. The feature comes from Meta, and SendSeven is the builder for it. WhatsApp Flows is currently in beta.
No. You build your form in the visual editor from building blocks such as text field, selection and photo upload, with a live preview on the phone as you go. There are 12 templates in German and English to get you started. From Professional, you describe the form in your own words and the AI builds the screens, matched to your own fields, lists and tags. The result opens in the editor, where you can adjust everything.
WhatsApp Flows is in beta. Completed flows and AI builder generations are free during the beta. Every flow you send counts as one message from your plan's message allowance, just like any other WhatsApp message, and Meta's fees apply as usual. Once WhatsApp Flows is generally available, an additional charge per completed flow will apply. We'll let you know well in advance.
Static flows are included in every plan with WhatsApp from Basic, and on API Only via the API. The AI builder, from Professional, creates static flows; dynamic flows are available from Scale. Static means the screens and options are fixed. Dynamic means the flow loads current data on every screen, for example from the contact profile or your own system. If you use the WhatsApp Business App and SendSeven side by side on the same number (coexistence), dynamic flows don't work there. Static flows should work, and we're happy to check this with you in a demo.
The answers are saved to the contact automatically: in contact fields, custom fields, tags and newsletter subscriptions. SendSeven stores uploaded photos and documents in the contact profile, and from there they can be passed on to your CRM. When a customer ticks a box to give consent, the consent text is saved with it. Fields you mark as sensitive only appear masked in reports and integrations. You decide which details you ask for.
Yes. Flows you have already built in Meta's WhatsApp Manager can be imported into SendSeven. They appear in a list of their own and can be sent straight from SendSeven. To edit them, one click takes you to Meta. That way you don't have to rebuild existing forms.
Which form should your customers fill out first?
Completed flows are free during the beta. Try WhatsApp Flows with your own customers or book a demo and we'll show you the right template.
