Privacy-First by Design
GDPR-compliant double opt-in, granular subscription management per channel, and one-click data export. Your contacts' privacy is built into the architecture, not bolted on.

Bulk Import, Zero Friction
Upload a CSV, map your columns to SendSeven fields, and import thousands of contacts in one go. Smart duplicate handling decides per account whether to auto-merge, allow, or block colliding contacts, with a per-request override on every API entry point. Need data out? Export any segment for compliance requests or external tools.
- CSV import with visual field mapping: match columns to contact fields
- Three duplicate modes per account: auto-merge (default), allow duplicates, or block on collision, set in Settings or overridden per API call
- Find Duplicates view with bulk-merge by phone, email, platform ID, or name, oldest contact wins as primary
- Merge keeps every conversation, message, note, tag, custom field, and contact method on the survivor, conflicts logged as a system note
- Old contact UUIDs keep resolving after a merge so external CRMs, webhooks, and integrations never break
- Bulk operations: tag, delete, or update contacts in batch, no one-by-one clicking
- One-click export of any segment for GDPR data requests or external tools
- Re-import the same CSV to update existing contacts in place: pick Overwrite (CSV wins) or Fill-empty (gaps only) per import, no duplicates or cleanup work
- Subscribe imported contacts across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and more in one import via the channel-to-list builder, channel-aware skipping with opt-in confirmation
How It Works
From first contact to targeted campaign in three steps.
Import or Auto-Create
Upload a CSV to bulk-import your existing contacts, or let SendSeven auto-create profiles from every inbound message on any channel.
Enrich Automatically
Every interaction adds data to the contact profile. New channel methods, tags, custom fields, and activity history build up naturally. No manual work.
Segment & Reach
Create dynamic segments based on any field, tag, or behavior. Use segments for targeted campaigns, filtered views, or GDPR-compliant exports.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does SendSeven's multi-channel contact model work?
Each contact in SendSeven can have multiple contact methods (phone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, and more) all linked to a single profile. When a customer messages you on WhatsApp and later emails you, both methods appear on the same contact record. You see one person, not duplicate entries.
Are contacts created automatically?
Yes. When someone messages you via any channel (Live Chat widget, WhatsApp, Email, Telegram, or others) SendSeven automatically creates a contact profile. If the phone number or email matches an existing contact, the new channel method is added to their existing profile instead of creating a duplicate.
What custom fields can I create?
You can create unlimited custom fields with five data types: free text, numbers, dates, single-select dropdowns, and multi-select. Custom fields appear on every contact profile and can be used for segmentation, filtering, and campaign targeting.
How does double opt-in work for GDPR compliance?
SendSeven supports GDPR-compliant double opt-in for newsletter subscriptions. When a contact subscribes, they receive a confirmation message on their chosen channel (WhatsApp or Email). The subscription is only activated after they confirm. Subscription changes are logged with timestamps for your compliance records.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV file and use the visual field mapping tool to match your columns to SendSeven fields, including custom fields. You can import thousands of contacts in a single operation. SendSeven detects duplicates by phone number or email so you can review and resolve them before import.
How do segments differ from newsletter lists?
Newsletter lists are subscriber-driven: contacts opt in themselves via forms or widgets, and each subscription has start/stop commands with opt-out messaging. Dynamic segments are rule-based: you define criteria (tags, custom fields, channel, behavior) and the segment updates automatically as contact data changes. Both can be used as campaign audiences.
How does SendSeven handle duplicate contacts?
Three account-wide modes, picked under Settings → Contacts & Duplicates: auto-merge (the default for every account, matching phones, emails, or platform IDs update the existing contact instead of creating a new one), allow duplicates (always create, but the response lists potential matches so your UI can surface them), and block duplicates (reject colliding creates with a 409 response and the existing contact list). Every contact-creation API call also accepts a per-request override. When two contacts are merged, conversations, messages, notes, tags, custom fields, and contact methods all move to the surviving contact, and the old UUID keeps resolving so external systems caching it never break.
