SendSeven vs. Superchat 2026: Pricing, AI and Features Compared
SendSeven Team, Editorial Team
SendSeven or Superchat? The comparison for the DACH market, as of November 2026: real costs with calculations, AI agents, SendSeven Cowork, MCP server, comment-to-DM, API and contract term.
TL;DR
SendSeven and Superchat are both German messaging platforms with a shared inbox for WhatsApp and other channels. The difference is the pricing model and the AI. SendSeven starts at €49 per month, can be cancelled monthly, and does not charge per user, per number or per AI agent. Superchat starts at €79 per month with annual payment (€89 with monthly payment) and includes 3 seats; each additional seat costs €19 per month, and the minimum contract term is 12 months. New at SendSeven: SendSeven Cowork, your AI assistant inside the app, sets up flows, templates and campaign drafts for you. An MCP server lets AI tools such as Claude or Cursor control SendSeven, and an Instagram comment automatically triggers a direct message. A team of 10 employees pays €269 per month in platform fees for Superchat Professional with AI Copilot (annual payment), versus €79 plus pay-as-you-go AI usage for SendSeven Professional. Superchat suits small WhatsApp-focused teams that want to start for free.
SendSeven and Superchat at a glance
SendSeven charges a flat base fee from €49 per month with unlimited users and can be cancelled monthly. Superchat charges plans from €79 per month with annual payment, with a fixed number of seats, surcharges for additional users, numbers, AI agents and automations, and a 12-month minimum contract term (as of November 2026).
Both providers are based in Germany, both bundle your customer chats in a shared inbox, and both offer access to the WhatsApp Business API. In day-to-day use they still differ clearly, especially once your team grows or you want AI to pitch in. For an overview of more providers, see our comparison overview.
| Criterion | SendSeven | Superchat |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | €49 per month (Basic) | €79 per month with annual payment, €89 with monthly payment (Basic); Free plan with 1 seat and 30 active contacts |
| Contract term | Cancel monthly | 12-month minimum term |
| Users | Unlimited in every plan | 3, 6 or 12 seats per plan, each additional seat €19 per month |
| Additional WhatsApp numbers | No fee per number | €49 per month per number |
| Channels | 8 | 7 |
| AI assistant that sets up the workspace | SendSeven Cowork in every plan | Not listed on the website |
| AI agents | Unlimited from Professional (€79) | 1 in Professional, 3 in Advanced, each additional agent €49 per month |
| Automations and flows | Unlimited flows from Professional | 1 to 12 per plan, each additional one €10 per month |
| REST API | In every plan | From Advanced (€249 per month with annual payment) |
| MCP server | Yes, official remote server | Not documented |
| WhatsApp Flows | Yes (Beta) | Not documented |
| In-chat translation | From Professional, at no extra charge | Not documented |
In short: at Superchat the bill grows with every seat, every number and every AI agent. At SendSeven it only grows with message volume. The next section shows what that means in euros.
What do SendSeven and Superchat cost in 2026?
SendSeven costs a monthly base fee of €49 (Basic), €79 (Professional), €199 (Scale) or €499 (Enterprise) with unlimited users and monthly cancellation. Superchat costs €79 (Basic), €129 (Professional) or €249 (Advanced) per month with annual payment, or €89, €149 or €299 with monthly payment, each with a 12-month minimum contract term (as of November 2026).
List prices only tell half the story. According to Gartner, most companies underestimate the total cost of their SaaS applications by more than 10%, mainly because of unforeseen integration and configuration costs (Gartner, “SaaS Cost Assessment Tool”). And in a Small Business Expo survey of 781 entrepreneurs (March 2026), 41% said their software costs had risen over the past twelve months. That is why we calculate with real scenarios here instead of entry prices.
SendSeven plans
| Plan | Base fee per month | Messages included | Each additional message | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | €49 | 2,500 | €0.02 | Unlimited |
| Professional (with AI) | €79 | 2,500 | €0.02 | Unlimited |
| Scale | €199 | 10,000 | €0.015 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | €499 | 40,000 | €0.01 | Unlimited |
| API Only | €9 per channel | 1,000 per channel | €0.005 | Unlimited |
All plans can be cancelled monthly, and incoming messages never count. From Professional, SendSeven bills AI usage pay-as-you-go in AI credits (100 credits = €1). All details are on the pricing page.
Superchat plans
| Plan | Annual payment | Monthly payment | Seats | AI agents | Automations | API |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | €0 | €0 | 1 | 0 | 1 | Not included |
| Basic | €79 | €89 | 3 | 0 | 2 | Not included |
| Professional | €129 | €149 | 6 | 1 | 6 | Not included |
| Advanced | €249 | €299 | 12 | 3 | 12 | Included |
| Custom | On request | On request | Custom | Custom | Custom | Included |
Additional monthly costs: each additional seat €19, each additional WhatsApp number €49, the WhatsApp newsletter add-on €49, the AI Copilot €29 for 3 users (each additional user €5), each additional AI agent €49 and each additional automation €10. The pricing page states a minimum contract term of 12 months.
Worked example: a team of 10 employees with AI
An online shop with 10 customer service employees, WhatsApp and Instagram as the main channels, 2,000 outbound messages per month (1,000 marketing messages and 1,000 service replies), one AI agent answering standard questions, and a team that uses AI when replying. The example is calculated for the German market, since Superchat sells in the DACH region: location Germany, Meta's message fees at German rates.
| Item | Superchat Professional (annual payment) | SendSeven Professional |
|---|---|---|
| Base fee | €129 (6 seats) | €79 (unlimited users) |
| 4 additional seats | 4 × €19 = €76 | €0 |
| AI Copilot for 10 users | €29 + 7 × €5 = €64 | AI credits, pay-as-you-go |
| 1 AI agent | Included | AI credits, pay-as-you-go |
| 2,000 messages | In the plan | €0 (under 2,500 included) |
| Platform total | €269 | €79 + AI usage |
| Message fees from Meta (1,000 × €0.1131; the first 1,000 service replies per number and month are free) | €113.10 | €113.10 |
| Total | €382.10 | €192.10 + AI usage |
In this scenario, the platform fee at SendSeven is €190 per month lower (€269 minus €79), which is €2,280 per year. Your AI usage, which SendSeven bills in AI credits, comes off that amount. With monthly payment, the same setup at Superchat costs €149 + €76 + €64 = €289 per month. You pay Meta's message fees with both providers; they depend on the channel and the message category. More on this in our article WhatsApp Business API Pricing 2026.
What does growth cost? Platform fee by team size
The table shows only the monthly platform fee with annual payment, without add-ons and without Meta's message fees. At Superchat it rises with every seat; at SendSeven it stays the same, no matter how many colleagues sign up.
| Team size | Superchat Professional | Superchat Advanced | SendSeven Professional | SendSeven Scale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6 users | €129 | €249 | €79 | €199 |
| 10 users | €205 | €249 | €79 | €199 |
| 15 users | €300 | €306 | €79 | €199 |
| 25 users | €490 | €496 | €79 | €199 |
| 50 users | €965 | €971 | €79 | €199 |
Superchat calculation: Professional €129 + (users minus 6) × €19, Advanced €249 + (users minus 12) × €19. With monthly payment, add €20 (Professional) or €50 (Advanced). SendSeven: the plan depends on message volume, not team size. Professional includes 2,500 messages, Scale 10,000.
An example: a team of 25 employees sends more messages and chooses SendSeven Scale with 10,000 included messages for €199 per month. Superchat Professional costs €490 per month for 25 seats. That is €291 less per month, €3,492 per year. Why the model without a per-seat price pays off for growing teams is explained in our article Per-Channel vs. Per-Seat Pricing.
Extra costs that are often overlooked
- Multiple locations: three branches, each with its own WhatsApp number, mean two additional numbers at Superchat, so 2 × €49 = €98 per month (€1,176 per year). At SendSeven, a number has no separate fee.
- Multiple AI agents: one agent for sales, one for support, one for appointment booking. Superchat Professional includes one; the other two cost 2 × €49 = €98 per month. At SendSeven, from Professional you create as many agents as you need and pay only for usage.
- More automations: ten automations in Superchat Professional means 6 included plus 4 × €10 = €40 per month. At SendSeven, flows are unlimited from Professional.
- Contract commitment: with a 12-month minimum term, a Basic plan commits you to at least 12 × €79 = €948. You cancel SendSeven at the end of any month.

View pricing →SendSeven Cowork: the AI assistant that works for you
SendSeven Cowork, your AI assistant inside the app, is part of every SendSeven plan: you open it with Ctrl+J (Mac: ⌘J) or via “Ask AI”, describe in your own words what you need, and Cowork shows, explains and builds it for you. For Superchat, the website does not list an assistant that creates flows, templates and settings in the workspace.
Picture a Monday morning. You are planning an autumn promotion and type: “Create a tag called Autumn Sale, build a flow that sends prospects the voucher on WhatsApp, and prepare a campaign as a draft.” Cowork shows you a plan card with every step and the estimated cost per step. You click “Run plan”, Cowork works through the steps, and you review the campaign draft before it goes out. No manual, no ticket to IT, no hunting for the right menu item.
What Cowork does for you
- Explain and guide: Cowork answers questions about features, billing, channels and the API and opens the matching page directly. Cowork knows every menu item and which page you are on.
- Build: tags, custom fields, lists, text snippets, reminders, widgets, flows, WhatsApp Flows, campaign drafts and email content, and on request also from a screenshot.
- WhatsApp templates: Cowork writes templates and checks them against Meta's rules in advance, so approval does not fail on formal errors.
- Act: send messages and templates, publish flows, adjust running automations. You confirm each of these actions beforehand in a confirmation card.
- For developers: Cowork writes API code examples in curl, Python and Node.
Cowork is also the entry point to other tools: the “Create with AI” button on the flows page opens Cowork, and you also reach the builder for AI agents through Cowork.
You stay in control
Cowork works with your own permissions. What you are not allowed to do, Cowork is not allowed to do either. Before anything changes, Cowork asks. For multi-step tasks you first see the whole plan, and nothing starts until you click “Run plan”. For campaigns, Cowork creates drafts; you trigger the send yourself.
What does Cowork cost?
Cowork is included in every plan and billed pay-as-you-go in AI credits; 100 credits equal €1. SendSeven does not charge for failed runs. In the Basic plan, Cowork answers questions, guides you to the right place and handles simple tasks. From Professional, the full scope is available, from flows to WhatsApp templates.
Superchat offers the AI Copilot as an add-on for €29 per month (3 users, each additional user €5). The Superchat website does not mention an assistant that sets up the workspace for you.
AI agents compared
From Professional (€79 per month), SendSeven includes unlimited AI agents, billed by usage in AI credits. Superchat includes one AI agent in the Professional plan and three in the Advanced plan; each additional agent costs €49 per month (as of November 2026).
To be fair: both providers have serious AI agents. The Superchat agent learns from your website, from files and from a Q&A library, acts through automations (for example books appointments or creates tickets) and hands over to your team when it gets stuck.
The SendSeven AI agents go further in some respects. They work with skills, meaning clearly defined tasks, and look things up in up to 5 lookup tables per agent, such as your price list or delivery times. When needed, they use web search and read images and PDFs that customers send. For email there is a confidence threshold: if the agent's confidence is below the set value (default 80), it writes a draft for your team instead of sending it itself.
| Criterion | SendSeven | Superchat |
|---|---|---|
| Number | Unlimited from Professional | 1 (Professional), 3 (Advanced), each additional agent €49 per month |
| Knowledge | Knowledge base with website content, FAQs and documents, plus up to 5 lookup tables per agent | Website, files, Q&A library |
| Actions | Skills, web search, flows, reading images and PDFs | Via automations, e.g. booking appointments, creating tickets |
| Email agents with confidence threshold and draft mode | Not documented | |
| Handover to your team | Yes | Yes |
| Cost | AI credits, pay-as-you-go | In the plan, or €49 per month per additional agent |
The practical difference shows with the second and third agent. If you want one agent for pre-sales questions and one for returns, SendSeven charges no surcharge per agent, only the actual usage.
Flows, automations and WhatsApp Flows
From Professional, SendSeven includes unlimited flows in the visual Flow Builder. Superchat counts automations per plan (1 in Free, 2 in Basic, 6 in Professional, 12 in Advanced); each additional one costs €10 per month.
In the Flow Builder you build sequences from left to right on a canvas: greeting, follow-up question, branching, handover to your team. What teams value most in daily use:
- Version history: up to 200 versions per flow, with comparison and restore. If someone breaks something on Friday, they bring the old version back on Monday.
- Canvas and JSON view: you switch between the graphical view and JSON and let the AI work in changes.
- Statistics per step and replay: you see how many contacts reach each step and replay individual runs on the canvas.
- Start-flow node: one flow starts another, which keeps large sequences manageable.
- Flows via API: developers create flows as JSON through the API.
On top of that come WhatsApp Flows (Beta): forms directly in the WhatsApp chat, with multiple pages, selection fields and date pickers. Instead of asking six questions one by one, the customer sends back all answers at once. Static WhatsApp Flows are available in every plan with WhatsApp, the AI builder from Professional, and dynamic flows with live data from Scale. At Superchat, WhatsApp Flows are not documented. What this looks like in practice is shown in our guide WhatsApp Flows: Forms in Chat.
Instagram and Facebook: comment-to-DM and post planner
At SendSeven, an Instagram comment containing a keyword automatically starts a flow that sends the commenter a direct message (from Professional). In addition there are a comment inbox for Instagram and Facebook and the post planner (Beta), which are enabled per workspace on request as an extension.
An example: a boutique posts the new autumn dress and writes underneath: “Comment SIZE and we will send you the size chart.” Fifty people comment. Instead of replying by hand fifty times, SendSeven sends each direct message automatically, and anyone who writes back lands in the shared inbox with your team. This is exactly what many companies otherwise subscribe to a separate tool like ManyChat for. At SendSeven, comment-to-DM is a flow trigger in the Flow Builder, live and without an extra tool. You will find a step-by-step guide in the article Automatically Answer Instagram Comments with a DM, and the direct comparison in ManyChat Alternative for Instagram and Messenger.
- Comment inbox: collects comments from Instagram and Facebook pages in one place. Your team replies privately by direct message, and keyword rules reply automatically.
- Post planner (Beta): plans and publishes posts for Instagram and Facebook pages with a calendar, editing and rescheduling, up to 10 images or videos per post (as a carousel on Instagram) and an “Add AI Label” switch that marks the post as AI-generated towards Meta.
Comment-to-DM is part of the flow features from Professional; it is not included in the API Only plan. The comment inbox and post planner (Beta) are enabled per workspace on request as an extension.
Channels: 8 at SendSeven, 7 at Superchat
SendSeven connects 8 channels in one inbox: WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram, Messenger, Live Chat, Telegram and browser push. Superchat offers 7 of these channels; browser push is missing from Superchat's overview.
Channel variety is not an end in itself. According to Salesforce, 79% of customers expect consistent interactions across all departments and touchpoints (Salesforce, “State of the Connected Customer”, press release of June 26, 2024). Answering customers on every channel with the same level of knowledge builds trust.
| Channel | SendSeven | Superchat |
|---|---|---|
| ✓ | ✓ | |
| SMS | ✓ | ✓ |
| ✓ | ✓ | |
| ✓ | ✓ | |
| Messenger | ✓ | ✓ |
| Live Chat | ✓ | ✓ |
| Telegram | ✓ | ✓ |
| Browser Push | ✓ | Not listed |
Browser push reaches website visitors directly in the browser, without an app installation, ideal for delivery status, price alerts or the forgotten shopping cart. How strongly automation works here is shown by an analysis from Omnisend: in 266 million push messages from 2023 (published in February 2024), automated push messages achieved a 71% higher open rate than campaign pushes.
In addition, SendSeven offers RCS in Germany as an extension, the modern form of SMS with images and buttons. The glossary explains what RCS is. Which channel fits best when is covered in the SMS or WhatsApp Business comparison.
API and MCP server
The REST API is included in every SendSeven plan, but at Superchat only from the Advanced plan (€249 per month with annual payment). SendSeven also offers an official MCP server that lets AI tools such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor control your SendSeven; at Superchat, an MCP server is not documented.
An MCP server is the bridge between an AI tool and your software. Imagine you write in Claude: “Which of yesterday's conversations are still open? Assign them to Lisa and send the customers a short update.” Claude does it directly in SendSeven, without you opening the platform.
- Address and sign-in: remote server at mcp.sendseven.com/mcp, sign-in via OAuth 2.0.
- Open and official: the server is open source and listed in the official MCP Registry.
- Scope: conversations, messages and templates, contacts, lists, tags and custom fields, campaigns with reporting, querying and maintaining the knowledge base, channels, team and absences, team chat and webhooks.
- Clients: Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and any other MCP-capable client.
For classic integrations there are signed webhooks and connections to Zapier, Make and n8n. If you want to build messaging into your own software, take the API Only plan from €9 per channel per month. Superchat documents its API publicly, with webhooks, but only includes it from Advanced. Our guide MCP Server for AI Agents goes deeper into the topic. The WhatsApp Setup Guide walks you through setting up WhatsApp.
| Criterion | SendSeven | Superchat |
|---|---|---|
| REST API | In every plan | From Advanced |
| Webhooks | Yes, signed | Yes |
| MCP server | Yes, remote with OAuth 2.0 | Not documented |
| Dedicated API plan | API Only from €9 per channel | Not listed |
| Flows via API | Yes, as JSON | Not documented |
Team, roles and collaboration
At SendSeven you invite unlimited team members in every plan at no extra charge. Depending on the plan, Superchat includes 3, 6 or 12 seats and charges €19 per month for each additional one.
Unlimited users change how a team works. The part-timer on Saturday, the colleague from accounting for invoice questions, the boss who just wants to read along: everyone gets their own login, and nobody shares passwords. SendSeven also brings:
- Roles and permissions: 10 system roles and 78 fine-grained permissions in 17 areas, plus custom roles.
- Contact owners: new conversations from a contact land directly with the responsible person.
- Business hours and absences: each team member maintains their hours and a substitute, and during an absence no new conversations go to that person.
- Contact visibility: admins decide which contacts a team member sees.
- Separate inboxes (from Professional): for example one per location or department.
- Translation in the message field (from Professional, at no extra charge): your team writes in English, the customer reads Polish. You translate incoming messages with one click.
- WhatsApp Coexistence (from Basic): in Coexistence mode you use the WhatsApp Business app and the API in parallel on the same number. More in the Coexistence guide.
How to bring your team's chats together is shown on the feature page for the shared inbox. For newsletters and promotions there are campaigns, and for metrics the analytics, both in every plan.
GDPR and data protection
Both providers are based in Germany and provide a data processing agreement (DPA). SendSeven hosts in the EU, processes AI requests in the EU and does not use your data for model training; you can download the DPA in the tool at any time, in every plan.
For companies in the DACH region, GDPR-compliant messaging is mandatory. One point that often gets overlooked when choosing is documentation: at SendSeven you export every conversation as a PDF or ZIP, manually or automatically when closing it, in every plan. That keeps it traceable what was discussed with whom.
What you should check with every provider is summarized in our GDPR checklist for messaging.
Which platform suits whom?
SendSeven suits companies that are growing, use several channels and want to deploy AI without a surcharge per agent. Superchat suits small teams with WhatsApp as their main channel that want to start for free and plan with a fixed plan.
SendSeven fits if you …
- have a team that is growing or fluctuates seasonally, and do not want to pay for every seat.
- operate several locations or numbers.
- need several AI agents or many automations.
- want Cowork to build flows, templates and campaign drafts for you instead of searching through menus yourself.
- want to turn Instagram comments into direct messages without a second tool.
- need the API in every plan or want to control SendSeven via MCP from Claude or Cursor.
- want to stay cancellable monthly.
An everyday example: a dental practice with 8 employees uses WhatsApp for appointment confirmations, SMS for reminders and email for recall notices. With SendSeven Professional, that costs a €79 base fee per month, an AI agent answers questions about opening hours in the evening, and when two apprentices join in summer, nothing changes in the base fee. You will find more scenarios for retailers on the page for e-commerce.
Superchat fits if you …
- work with a small, stable team and WhatsApp is the most important channel.
- first want to try things out for free: the Free plan offers 1 seat and 30 active contacts.
- are looking for an established provider with a clear DACH focus and an annual commitment is not a problem.
Honestly: a hair salon with three employees and WhatsApp as its only channel is well served by Superchat Basic. The question of an alternative usually comes up when the team grows, more channels are added or AI should take on more. Our article Superchat Alternative 2026 gives an overview of further options.
Switching from Superchat to SendSeven
Switching usually takes a few days: you take your WhatsApp number with you, import contacts via CSV and invite your team. Start the trial at SendSeven 4 to 6 weeks before your Superchat contract ends, and both platforms run in parallel without a gap.
- Try SendSeven for free: 14 days, 100 test messages, no credit card.
- Move your WhatsApp number: Meta allows a number to be moved between providers, and your customers keep writing to the same number. Disable the two-factor PIN with your current provider beforehand.
- Transfer contacts and templates: CSV export from Superchat, CSV import into SendSeven. Meta approves templates once more after the move; Cowork helps you create them and checks them in advance.
- Invite your team and build flows: unlimited users at no extra charge. You describe your existing automations to Cowork in your own words, and Cowork turns them into flows.
- Cancel Superchat: mind the minimum contract term and your notice period. Export your chat histories beforehand; they do not move with the number.
If your number currently runs in the WhatsApp Business app, Coexistence mode helps with the switch. Our WhatsApp Business App vs. API comparison explains the difference between app and API. Test your WhatsApp contact link in advance with the free WhatsApp Link Generator.

Which is better: SendSeven or Superchat?
That depends on your setup. SendSeven suits growing companies better that want several channels, several AI agents, an API in every plan and unlimited users at no extra charge, cancellable monthly. Superchat suits small WhatsApp-focused teams that start with the Free plan and accept an annual commitment.
Is SendSeven cheaper than Superchat?
In most scenarios, yes. The entry price alone is €49 instead of €79 (annual payment), and the gap widens with every additional user. A team of 10 employees pays €269 per month in platform fees for Superchat Professional with AI Copilot with annual payment (€129 + 4 × €19 + €64), versus €79 plus AI usage in AI credits for SendSeven Professional. Meta's message fees apply with both (as of November 2026).
What is SendSeven Cowork?
SendSeven Cowork is your AI assistant inside the app. You open it with Ctrl+J (Mac: ⌘J) or via “Ask AI”. Cowork answers questions about SendSeven, opens the matching page and builds tags, lists, flows, WhatsApp Flows, WhatsApp templates, email content and campaign drafts for you. You confirm every change beforehand.
Does Cowork cost extra?
Cowork is included in every SendSeven plan and billed pay-as-you-go in AI credits (100 credits = €1). Failed runs cost nothing. The Basic plan gives you answers, navigation and simple tasks; from Professional you get the full scope.
Does Superchat have an MCP server?
No MCP server is documented on Superchat's website (as of November 2026). SendSeven offers an official remote MCP server at mcp.sendseven.com/mcp with OAuth 2.0. It is open source, listed in the official MCP Registry and works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and any MCP-capable client.
How does comment-to-DM work at SendSeven?
In the Flow Builder you create a flow with the Instagram comment trigger and a keyword. When someone comments on your post with that keyword, the flow starts and sends a direct message. To start flows you need the Professional plan or higher.
How many AI agents do I get at SendSeven and at Superchat?
At SendSeven, unlimited from Professional (€79 per month), with usage billed through AI credits. At Superchat, Professional includes one AI agent and Advanced three; each additional one costs €49 per month.
Is the API included in every Superchat plan?
No. According to its feature comparison, Superchat includes the API from the Advanced plan (€249 per month with annual payment, €299 with monthly payment). At SendSeven, the REST API is included in every plan, and developers can additionally choose API Only from €9 per channel per month.
Does SendSeven have a minimum contract term?
No. All SendSeven plans can be cancelled monthly. Superchat states a minimum contract term of 12 months on its pricing page.
How many channels do SendSeven and Superchat support?
SendSeven supports 8 channels: WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram, Messenger, Live Chat, Telegram and browser push. In Germany, RCS is added as an extension. Superchat offers 7 channels; browser push is not listed there.
Can I switch from Superchat to SendSeven?
Yes. Your WhatsApp number moves with you, you import contacts via CSV, and Meta approves templates once more. Export your chat histories before cancelling at Superchat. With a 14-day trial and 100 test messages, you can check SendSeven beforehand without a credit card.
Verdict
SendSeven is the better choice for companies that are growing and want to use AI seriously: unlimited users, unlimited AI agents and flows from Professional, API in every plan, cancellable monthly. Superchat is a solid choice for small WhatsApp-focused teams that want to start for free and can live with an annual commitment.
What makes SendSeven stand out in 2026 is not a single feature but the time it saves: Cowork sets up what you used to click together yourself. The MCP server brings SendSeven into the AI tools your team already uses. And an Instagram comment becomes a direct message without an extra tool. Less effort, more revenue, more loyal customers. Whether the numbers add up for your team is quickest to see in your own trial.
