Decide on a sending method: SendSeven Managed (no setup needed), SendGrid, or Mailgun (API key required)

A sending domain you own (recommended for best deliverability — not required with Managed sending)

Provider setup form — enter provider name and click Create Provider

Manage Domains — no domains configured yet, click Add Your First Domain

SPF record — tells receiving servers that SendSeven is authorised to send email on your behalf

DKIM records — cryptographic signatures that prove each email genuinely came from your domain

DMARC record — sets the policy for how receiving servers handle emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks

SendSeven shows the exact Type, Host, and Value for each record — use Copy All Records to grab them at once

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate. Click "Verify Domain" once the records are added.
