Enviar campañas de email desde SendSeven

Lanza emails de marketing directamente desde SendSeven. Usa nuestro envío gestionado — o conecta tu cuenta de SendGrid o Mailgun.

Email Campaigns in SendSeven lets you send bulk marketing emails — newsletters, promotions, product updates — to your opt-in contact lists. Unlike customer service email (which is reactive), campaigns are proactive outbound communication. You choose your sending infrastructure: SendSeven Managed (zero setup, works immediately), SendGrid, or Mailgun (bring your API key for full deliverability control). Note: Gmail and SMTP/IMAP are not supported for campaigns.

Si necesitas gestionar emails de atención al cliente de entrada (responder a solicitudes de soporte), consulta la guía Email para atención al cliente en su lugar.

The wizard has a "Both" option. Set up your support inbox first using the Email for Customer Service guide, then return here to complete the campaign sending setup.

Share the Channel Connect Link (Settings → Channels) with your IT manager or agency — they can complete the setup without accessing the rest of your account.

FAQ

Can I use Gmail to send email campaigns?

No. Gmail is only available for Customer Service reply sending, not for bulk campaigns. Gmail's terms of service prohibit using third-party apps for mass email. For campaigns, use SendSeven Managed, SendGrid, or Mailgun.

What is SendSeven Managed sending?

SendSeven Managed means SendSeven handles the email delivery infrastructure for you — no API keys, no third-party accounts, no DNS records required to get started. It is the easiest option and works immediately. For high-volume sending or maximum control over deliverability and domain reputation, use SendGrid or Mailgun with your own domain.

Where do I get a SendGrid or Mailgun API key?

For SendGrid: log in at app.sendgrid.com → Settings → API Keys → Create API Key. Choose "Full Access" or "Restricted Access" with Mail Send permission. For Mailgun: log in at app.mailgun.com → Settings → API Keys → Add new key. Both offer free tiers suitable for testing.

Do I need my own domain for email campaigns?

With SendSeven Managed, you can start without your own domain, though using a verified sending domain significantly improves inbox placement. With SendGrid or Mailgun, domain verification is strongly recommended and typically required for production use.

Can I also set up customer service email at the same time?

Yes. In the Email Setup wizard, select Both (Customer Service + Campaigns). The wizard will first guide you through inbound email setup (SMTP/IMAP or proxy forwarding), then through the campaign sending configuration — all in one flow.

Can I switch sending providers later?

Yes. You can update your email campaign channel settings at any time from Settings → Channels. Switching providers does not affect your campaign history or contact lists.

What is the Channel Connect Link?

The Channel Connect Link is a secure, one-time link you can share with your IT manager, agency, or a colleague. It lets them configure the email campaigns channel (enter API keys or DNS records) without needing access to the rest of your SendSeven account. Find it in Settings → Channels.
